During our interview process, every candidate receives an assessment of their accounting skills and software abilities. You can use this assessment to determine areas where additional technical proficiency or software experience will assist you in your job search.

We represent each candidate to our clients and assume responsibility for the salary and benefits negotiations. We are able to determine available salaries before you are sent on an interview, you know up front what salary range is being considered. When it comes time to negotiating, we consulted with you on your desired salary and benefits, and then work closely with our clients to derive the best monetary package for you. Candidates appreciate having our recruiters advocate for them and handle the details involved with this step of the employment process.
