Duties range from responsibility for one of the three distinct service lines to total management of an Accountants International branch to total responsibility for an area or region. Ideal candidates have prior experience with staff management, operations, sales, budget management, business development and industry awareness.

While an accounting and finance background is helpful, a sales-driven attitude and team-oriented approach coupled with the desire to meet the needs of clients and candidates are essential.

The office administrator is responsible for the administrative support of the branch team.
